A Brief History of The Development of Android

The range of 2005, Google acquired Android, Inc., a small company that has just grown based in Palo Alto, California. Some of the people included in it once worked at Google, like Rich Miner Vice founder Wilfire Communications, Andy Rubin, founder of Danger (software services company), Chris White engineers at Webtv, and Nick Sears, former VP at T-Mobile. Rubin and his friends begin to develop Linux-based operating system for mobile phones and other mobile devices. Their main Target is the developer of the handsets and operators.

According to Google, the party's information acquisition is the idea of cermelang. Throughout the history of Google, it is a step right and most profitable companies. Indirectly Andy Rubin, Android participated as part of the history of Google's products, as well as have a responsibility toward the continuity of opensource operating system. Together with his team, Rubin was able to show that they can make Android so the center of attention at the time.

At first David Lawee who served as Vice President of Corporate Development, was in doubt would be his decision. Because for two years after the acquisition, Rubin has not have generated a return commensurate to Google. Finally, Lawee should raise two thumb for Rubin with the rise of the smartphone that started relying on the Android operating system as a base in the not long ago.

Their success with such business. Moreover, the Android system is easy to operate, fairly flexible and upgradeable. Time keeps on rolling, and a good time for the world to be witness to the entry of Google into the mobile phone market. The rumors would soon followed the emergence of a new Google-branded handset. The Android handsets, which are found today.

The Open Handset Alliance

November 5, 2007-a great day for several telecommunications companies, including Google, HTC, Motorola, Intel, Qualcomm, Sprint Nextel, T-Mobile, and NVIDIA, they sat down together to form the Open Handset Alliance (OHA). They have a goal to develop open standards for mobile devices and launched a new product called Android, a mobile device platform built on the Linux Kernel.

Previously, developers should strive to break bit OS phones target. If successful, the developers get one part of a system to bridge them with programs contained on the mobile phone. It's hard enough if it should work on its own.

Although perhaps not as simple as that, but for the developer community, this is a big step forward. While outside it was some important person in the world of telecommunications made the term Linux For Mobiles (LiMo) to sharpen the existence of Android. Google also support it in order to provide greater hope in the world. Only one expectation, i.e. developers so more United, so it appeals to a wider user again in the future.

The theory behind the system is very similar to the theory that has made Google a success so far. Mobile Advertising and share any feedback the community looks like helps this one platform is increasingly bright in that period. All forms of business back to its primary mission, namely Android success with the intervention of Google and the OHA.
